Perfect for family getaways

We had a great time with the family in a huge three-bedroom, three-bath unit! The staff members were genuinely friendly, going out of their way to. One day, we enjoyed a cookout they put on, complete with burgers and hot dogs, just what we needed after a long day at the beach.

We had an very nice time enjoying the spacious three-bedroom condo with a large balcony. The beach is just a quick five-minute walk away. We loved borrowing bikes to explore the area. The pool parties with free sno cones made our stay super fun!

great spot near beaches and lovely parks for weekend strolls

I absolutely loved how close everything was during our stay, with beautiful Folly Field Beach just under a kilometer away and Chaplin Community Park a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the stunning views and surroundings while I strolled through the area. it really made our family time special.

Totally recommend for a fleeting pause

Cozy property, friendly staff, with spacious accommodations that had a well-appointed kitchen allowing us to enjoy breakfast on the balcony every morning while being just a short bike ride from the beautiful beach access.

Perfect for family fun!

The beach was a quick walk away and we enjoyed fantastic sunrises. The unit had everything, including a big balcony that was nice for breakfast. The outdoor dining area was great too! The only thing was the pool could've been a bit bigger, but it was never crowded.

Our stay in the spacious apartment was marred by water pressure issues.

Oh, the local eats near Royal Dunes are top-notch! We sipped on some fresh lemonade at the Wednesday pool party and feasted on food truck delights that tickled our taste buds. The picnic area was a perfect spot for our morning coffee, too! Plus, that cozy kitchen made whipping up breakfast a breeze.

Parking can get a bit snug, so just be ready for a little maneuvering. And while the water pressure was shy, it didn’t wash away the fun we had!

We loved our stay in the three-bedroom apartment! The space was spotless and fully stocked with everything needed for our family. Enjoyed dining at nearby restaurants and the convenience of shopping just around the corner. Bring your own laundry essentials, as the dryer is a bit slow.

great space but needs some updates

The condo offered ample room for our family with large bedrooms and a spacious living area. The staff demonstrated exceptional kindness and made us feel welcomed throughout our six-night stay.

Royal Dunes provided an exceptional experience during my stay as a business traveller. The spacious three-bedroom apartment offered a fully furnished kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals while working. I found the location to be excellent, just a five-minute walk from a beautiful beach, ideal for evening strolls. Additionally, the staff were attentive, promptly addressing any maintenance concerns I had during my visit.

The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times.

Royal Dunes was beautifully decorated and very accessible. The elevators made it so easy for me, and the spacious layout of our three-bedroom apartment provided comfort for my family. The whole atmosphere was tranquil and inviting.

A little more water pressure would be nice.
